Our Story: Pixel by Pixel, Building the Universe
Cosmopix was born from that irresistible urge to blend the magic of retro pixels with modern gaming tech.
It all started like a real-life tabletop RPG session: a pixel artist, a music producer, and a dungeon master chatting in a busy Brazilian square. Then the plot twists began: an unexpected lawyer friend joined the chat and brought a programmer along, a writer showed up like a free DLC and our dungeon master suddenly fast-traveled to another country (sniff).
By June 2020, this group of adventurers who used to meet just to talk about games officially leveled up into a real company! Pixel artist, musician, programmer, lawyer, and writer: a ragtag RPG party if there ever was one, but hey, the weirdest teams always save the kingdom
Midway through developing our first game, an unscripted cutscene played out: the writer had to leave the party, but they dropped an epic loot: the contact of a veteran programmer who became key to our first release.
Now? We’re 5 core members + a legion of allies (interns, freelancers, and other heroes who’ve joined the quest). We juggle multiple projects like thrilling side quests, and the Galaxymus universe keeps expanding!
