- If you contact our DPO for assistance, for your safety and that of COSMOPIX, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
2.3. Appeals
- In accordance with certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us again at andreilemisz@cosmopix.games. The appeal requires the company to include a written explanation of the reason for the decision to take or not take action regarding your request. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
